Iridium8 Basic offers an unlimited range of services through our lifestyle managers. Members can call, email or fax their requests, and a lifestyle manager will get back to them with recommendations of vetted suppliers who have been carefully chosen to meet the requirement. Our consultants are recruited for their dedication to providing high service levels, and have full access to the knowledge and expertise we have gained through managing many requests for all our members.

We promise that we will come back to our members within 24 hours of receiving the request with a solution. We will provide the member with full details of the supplier, having checked availability and estimated cost.

To offer our members a choice based upon how many times they use us per month we offer 2 levels of Iridium8 Basic membership:

Iridium8 Basic and Iridium8 BasicPlus

Iridium8 Basic membership is for people that would use us, on average, once a week. Membership is available for private individuals at £100 per month and allows the client to use the service up to (4) hours in each month, at no further cost than their monthly membership fee. This equates to less than two cups of coffee a day. Should the client need to use the service over their (4) allocated hours per month, the charge for each further request will be £30 per hour.

Iridium8 BasicPlus is for people that will need us several times throughout the month. Membership allows the client to use the service up to (10) hours in each month, again at no further cost than their monthly membership. Each member's household is entitled to use the full range of services. The luxury of a personal lifestyle manager is £250 per month. Should the client need to use the service over their (10) allocated hours per month, the charge for each further request will be £30 per hour.

The consultants are available within normal office hours (between 9.00am and 5.00pm Mon to Fri) but are always available for emergency requests.
