HELP IS AT HAND FOR THOSE WHO FIND CHRISTMAS, LIKE CLEANING, TOO MUCH OF A CHORE. PENNY FRAY REPORTS......People lead such hectic lives that some now pay others to organise Christmas for them. Buckling under the pressure of a packed work schedule, more and more thirtysomethings are finally following in the footsteps of A-list celebrities by hiring experts to do all their yuletide chores.

According to a recent poll, more than 81pc of regional workers said that they would consider getting someone else to do tackle their ‘to do’ list this Christmas. So if your idea of hell is shopping for last-minute gifts or stuffing the turkey in anticipation of a family get-together, then maybe you should hire the latest fad among cash rich, time poor individuals – the lifestyle manager.

Dave Ralph, owner of A3 Group Management Consultancy, based in the NW, doesn’t know how he would have coped in the run up to Christmas without his very own walking, talking personal organiser. “My life had become chaotic,” explains Dave “but Iridium8 freed up a considerable amount of my personal time. I now use my lifestyle manager to take care of pretty much everything outside of work, including house cleaning, gardening and car servicing.
